Dynamics of Effective Ideation: The Nexus

There is a very natural tendency in the innovation process for ideas and concepts to proliferate. While a wealth of ideas is good, ultimately, it is necessary for focus and commitment in the innovation process to drive the most viable and compelling directions. So, we developed the Nexus.  A very direct and definitive 12-point methodology to apply the necessary reality filters to focus our collective thinking – without quashing truly new and unique ideas. While effective collaboration demands that multiple voices are resonant throughout the process, innovation can’t be a pure democracy.
