Georgia-Pacific: New Cultural Innovation

Cloverleaf was challenged to re-position an internal department within GP to be more innovative. Working closely with the GP internal team, senior executives and outside vendors, Cloverleaf developed an innovation strategy to re-structure the department, create new roles and responsibilities and re-think how they work with their vendor base. Our team also helped to hire new talent and train the existing team to think differently about their roles and deliverables. We were also instrumental in raising the awareness of the importance of design and innovation within the GP culture.
